Open spaces were designed to encourage serendipitous encounters between staff. Big & open office concept meander through the shared workspace & are intended to encourage staff to collaborate. We wanted to maintain the idea of one single open space, getting all the different departments to share a huge space, segmented into different types of workstations, encouraging relationships (collaborate). The different configurations of work desk used gives employees their own private space to focus on their work whilst keeping a sense of “community”.
